Terms and Conditions

1. GreenProbike products are restricted for matured, mentally and physically capable persons. If you have doubt about you or other person’s ability in the use of GreenProbike, please get independent professional advices from qualified advisors before using GreenProbike products.
2. Please practise to ride it in a safe place before going out to public roads. All precautions and safety must be taken by the rider to ensure a safe and fun ride.
3. Like all bicycle, this vehicle is only to be ridden on bicycle lane and or as far inner left lane as practical on public roads.
4. You must observe all bicycle road rules and law (Buyers has the responsibility to check with local/states road authorities for relevant information about law and usage requirements of the vehicle/product).
5. Manufacturer/Vendor/Importer is not responsible or liable for any damages or losses caused by the use or ownership of any GreenProbike.
6. Please read the user manual thoroughly for instructions of assembly and appropriate usage and maintenance. (The bikes are 95% assembled)
7. Manufacturer/Vendor/Importer is not responsible for future law and or regulations changes regarding to the use of GreenProbike.
8. The bikes are built to meet Australian federal bicycle law and regulations (Note: Exception: 500w electric trike). Please note that all bikes with over 200W motor or with no pedals (with speed over 10 km/hr) do not meet Australian bike rules. As every country/state/local government has different rules on the use of this bike and the frequent changes of rules, Orient Concepts Pty Limited does not guarantee it is legal on public roads in your country/state/local area.
9. All GreenProbike comes with a standard 6 months (all special offers are excepted) warranty. However, you can extend the warranty to 12 months for just $100. Please refer below for detailed warranty conditions. 
10. Orient Concepts Pty Limited accepts return and replacements only if the product(s) is(are) returned intact within 7 days from purchase to Unit 11/10 Bradford Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 Australia for major manufacturing defects only.
11. If you request a conversion kit skills person to convert the bike for you, Orient Concepts Pty Limited can help by giving you their contacts. However, you have to negotiate charges and conditions of installations, checking out their skills and experiences and inspect the installations with the referred person(s). Orient Concepts Pty Limited does not take any reward in the referral and will not take responsibility for the referrals under any circumstances.
12. By Purchasing GreenProbikes through any means. You agree to all the above conditions.

        Product Warranty
        This statement contains the terms and conditions of GreenProbike warranty.

1. You will need PROOF OF PURCHASE (Tax Invoice) copy and a copy of the buyer's photographed ID to claim the warranty, therefore please retain and store your proof of purchase in a secure place. Otherwise you will be charged for any parts requested for replacements.
2. Orient Concepts Pty Limited warrants the vehicle shall be free of any faulty parts due to factory production defects or manufacturer workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. However, you can extend the warranty to 12 months for just $100. The warranty is subject to all of the following terms and conditions:

• In the event of a claim, you must send the faulty part to our postal address (PO Box 510, Westmead, NSW 2145, Australia) together with a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g. Tax Invoice) and a copy of the buyer's photographed ID at your own expense.
• Orient Concepts Pty Limited will supply parts to the address as stated in your claim (freight at our cost) and you are responsible to put the part back to your bike. It might mean you will need the services of a qualified mechanic/electrician at your own expense.
• Orient Concepts Pty Limited may invalidate a warranty claim if the defect complained of has arisen, wholly or substantially, for any reason other than faulty manufacture parts or labour.
• This warranty only covers the following components: vehicle metal frame, ,charger, control unit, motor, speedometer, throttle system and other electronic switches. All consumables such as outer plastic shell and fixtures, light globes, tube and tyres, brake pads, batteries etc. are not covered by this warranty but you can buy from us at very reasonable prices.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, carelessness, vandalism, fire or theft damage, or damages arise from impact with other objects. Warranty shall be void if the customers modify, re-work or alter the vehicle in any way or form.

Insurance Coverage on Deliveries

All bikes delivered through our couriers are covered by our insurance policy. All claims for damages or lost on deliveries are subject to the insurance company's decision. Orient Concepts Pty Limited will not be liable to any further compensation.
