Orient Concepts Pty Ltd - ABN 62 110 215 015 (Member of Innovative Links Group) is the Australian marketing arm of a large American bike manufacturing company. In Australia, We are located in Australia selling thorughout the Australian market.

As we are fully supported by the manufacturer, we can provide some special services. You can choose any colour and battery type for the bikes we are selling. We can make one specially for you.

Unlike other bike sellers, we have a factory at the back. You can have a complete peace of mind with spare part supplies. Buying bikes from us, you will never need to look around for the spare parts you might need to repair your bike!

We are also able to make or order any special bikes not on our list here for you. Just give us your requirement, we can get one for you. If you need any spare parts for your current ebike, we can also order for you. You will need to give us the specifications, we will make to meet your  requirements. As ebike parts can be very complex, we are not responsible for situations that the parts meet your specifications but do not work with your bike. We have no way to know that. It is your responsibility to give us the details of the parts you need.
